A licensed therapist for 14 years, Pomaika‘i owns and operates The Healing Hale (House of Healing) located at the Oahu Club in Hawai‘i Kai, where she administers Hawaiian Lomilomi massage as a Kahu. She also provides personal counseling in her role as a non-denominational alaka’i, or guide, counseling that at times includes Ho‘oponopono, opu huli treatments and shell healings. Pomaika‘i’s work is rooted in infinite aloha (love) and has a profound effect on her clients, facilitating the healing of body, mind and spirit. Currently, Pomaika‘i performs traditional Hawaiian wedding ceremonies and serves as a Kahu for many local businesses and families needing Hawaiian blessings and/or clearings.

Kapuaokalani is working with Jamie Kealohiwai Yoshida (Rainbow sister) at the Bead Gallery on Ward Avenue to create unique jewelry. She carries our Ho'omaka (New Beginnings) Blessing Pendant which has been cleansed in the Healing Pools and carries the memory and vibration of healing. It was then placed on the heiau at Kapuaokalani to imbue it with the mana there, and a blessing made upon the pendant by Kumu. The Ho'omaka Blessing Pendant is made from a shell, and Jaime helps you create your own design. This spiral jewelry's message is: "I stand at the source with the one who created me. He walks with me through all of the changes in my life, I am not alone." Cupcake Wellness Nights are also held at the Bead Gallery where mini-classes are held.
